Ideally, allow some time and space to yourself prior and especially after any energy healing work.
Wear clothing that feels comfortable, cozy and easeful. Much of your time will be spent laying down, relaxing and receiving care.
Intentions become enlivened when we invite them into our healing and spiritual practices and are especially potent when we're working through a transition or in need of support with a specific area of our life. Setting an intention for yourself, centering what matters most to you is a powerful act of self-love.
Please refrain from wearing fragrance or essential oils to your session. Make sure your tech is set to DND upon arrival.
