Empressing Sessions are personal, 1 on 1 interactive workshops designed to support the necessary inner work that is tethered to our seasons of healing, personal expansion, and self-sovereignty.
These loving and empowering sessions offer a deep dive into themes around intuitive intelligence, manifestation, navigating life transitions, energetic self-care, gratitude, ritual, opening the heart and rich alchemical healing.
Part practicum, part spiritual in nature; these mentoring workshops are all about you and all in support of your highest and best you.
Each session is set up to explore and support one theme. You choose the level of investment that fits your life as well as the pace, and the work will always meet you exactly where you’re at. Your aspirations and intention set the orientation for the material and your commitment to showing up for the work determines the level of potential that is actualized.
Along the way you’ll receive expansive, rich, insightful guidance that is anchored in the tenets of compassion, nature and joy. Learn practices and tools that help you merge your sacredness with the everyday material, leverage the power of the inner healer and step into what is yours, what is true, loving and possible.
Please note ... these are not energy healing sessions or therapy (although both are enthusiastically recommended as beautiful companions to any and all inner work).
Empressing Sessions are designed to support and uplift your own intentions, efforts, and commitment.
The relationship you have with your Self is the blueprint for all other relationships and shapes the reality of your life. Choosing yourself as the priority is key to galvanizing shifts in your Self, your relationships, and your life.

EMPRESSING Mentorship
I recommend you have a dedicated journal/composition book for your Empressing work, in addition to your own copy of The Empress Deck.
All in person sessions will take place in The Empress studio, a sanctuary dedicated to healing. Please respect that the studio is a sacred space for your energy and harmony and is a screen-free space (no devices, phones, Apple watch etc).
No fragrance or essential oils please and thank you.
All sessions must be paid in full at time of scheduling. Venmo, Zelle, Cash, PayPal & credit cards are accepted.
Please arrive on time for your appointment as sessions do not run-over.
Please respect that much attention and care goes into preparing for your session. If you're unable to keep your appointment - rescheduling is available up to 24 hours prior. Anything less than 24 hours will be offered to the waitlist. No refunds.
